Today, alongside his role as a Director, he leads Orka AI & Automation, helping finance teams reduce repetitive manual work through practical, finance-first automation. Drawing on more than 20 years’ experience working with finance professionals and businesses, Oli focuses on understanding where people, process or automation can make the biggest difference.

Ross is a seasoned temporary and interim recruiter, having spent the best part of 10 years at a global finance recruitment business. Ross has been regularly recognised as one of the best in the business, most notably achieving the highest billing temporary consultant in the country at his previous employer.

Kate specialises in permanent placements and has worked in the Thames Valley market for the last 13 years. Kate led and managed a highly successful team with her previous employer and prides herself on developing relationships which are beneficial for both parties.

Andy was consistently recognised for breaking multiple billing records during his tenure at a New York Stock Exchange listed recruitment firm. Andy's dedication to excellence in permanent placements is second to none. Andy's core markets are Part Qualified and Newly Qualified up to Financial Director.
